In Fort Worth, we use campus and district workgroups to assist with the planning, implementation, and sustainability of our 15 CCRSM schools.  Workgroups include marketing & recruiting, curriculum, crosswalk, summer bridge, work-based learning, and college enrollment.  The goal is to have effective strategies to not only plan but also evaluate and make intentional decisions to improve the implementation of your CCMR campus.
